Card Perks API provides a read-only API of credit-card benefit data. Data is provided "as is" with confidence scores and verification dates; it is informational and not financial advice. Always confirm benefits with the card issuer before relying on them.

You may query the API within your plan's rate limits using a valid API key. You may not resell raw bulk exports of the database, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or use the service to build a competing data product. Keys are personal to your account and must be kept secret.

Paid plans are billed per the pricing shown at checkout. Upgrades take effect immediately. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account and keys.

We work continuously to keep data fresh and accurate but do not warrant completeness or that any specific benefit is current. We may change or deprecate endpoints with reasonable notice.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may close your account at any time.

Account email, name, and company (for developer accounts); API usage metadata (endpoints called, timestamps) tied to your keys; and payment records processed by Stripe. We do not sell personal data.

To operate your account, enforce rate limits, bill paid plans, provide support, and improve the service. Usage data powers your dashboard analytics.

Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

You can request export or deletion of your account data by contacting support from your developer dashboard.
